Amazing donuts, sketchy place but donuts were great & it was 3 am, cool staff not really much to it but the dough was good. The frosting was amazing super flavorful. I'd definitely come back here honestly! We got a dozen and shared amongst us. Good stuff! Definitely a donut spot you need to try when you are in LA!

California Donuts is a treasure trove of sweet and savory delights that knows how to satisfy just about any craving. Their donuts are a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds, with fun creations like the Panda donut and the Fruity Pebbles donut taking center stage. These colorful, creative treats are not only Instagram-worthy but also deliciously satisfying with each bite. But the magic doesn't stop at donuts. California Donuts also serves up some amazing ham and cheese croissants that are buttery, flaky, and filled with just the right amount of savory goodness. Whether you're in the mood for something sweet or craving a savory snack, California Donuts has you covered, making it a must-visit spot for a quick pick-me-up or a full-blown treat yourself moment.

Parking is awful. Cash only. I drove 20 minutes to get here and found the parking lot was very small and very full. While there were two spots left in the lot, only one was viable as the other was in a corner. So we got lucky. We came here only because my daughter loves unicorns and l wanted to make her happy. So l ordered a unicorn donut and a glazed for her because l wasn't sure she would like the unicorn donut (she did not). A chocolate topped donut with mini m&ms for my son and a rose donut and a black sesame donut for me. I tried the black sesame donut first and the flavor was good but the donut itself was hard and stale which was a huge let down at $5ish per donut. My son only ate the chocolate top of his donut but his seemed to be softer. My daughter ate a bite or two of the unicorn one but it was also hard. She did eat the entire glazed donut. The best donut l had was the rose donut. I would come back for a fresh rose donut for sure. I did order one more to get the 1/2 dozen but never did get around to eating the chocolate strawberry donut. Looked pretty but with our luck from the others, it wasn't worth the calories. I didn't realize it was open 24 hours. Thats probably why some of the donuts were much fresher than others. But it's unfortunate if you are hoping for fresh from a few hours ago. Not "fresh" from many possible hours ago. I would come back. But knowing how the parking lot is, l don't know how l would tackle it next time. I got lucky our first time. I should also note it only took us 20 mins to get here from USC but to get back took us close to an hour. Gotta love LA traffic.
